Official Rules for the Transitional Spaces Parisite DIY Raffle

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years old or older to purchase a raffle ticket and enter the raffle.

• Employees, affiliates, and family members of the Transitional Spaces Parisite DIY are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter

• Each raffle ticket costs $10 and must be purchased online through the https://transitionalspaces.org website.

• Ticket sales begin on February 15 and end on February 28.

• There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant can purchase.

3. Raffle Drawing & Prize

• The raffle drawing will take place on March 1 at the Transitional Spaces Parisite DIY.

• The winner(s) will be selected randomly from all valid entries.

• The jackpot prize consists of artistic skateboards, t-shirts, and graphics.

• The winner will be notified at the FUN RAISER event on March 1st and must claim their prize the same time.

4. No Guarantee & No Refunds

• Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee winning the prize or any other benefit.

• All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

• The availability of the prize is not guaranteed and may be subject to change.

5. Winner Verification & Prize Delivery

• The winner must provide valid identification and proof of age (18+).

• If the winner does not claim the prize within the time of during the announcement, an alternate winner may be chosen.

• Prizes will be provided to the winner.

6. Disqualification & Liability

• Transitional Spaces Parisite DIY reserves the right to disqualify any participant for fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these rules.

• By entering, participants agree to release Transitional Spaces Parisite DIY from any liability related to participation, technical failures, or prize delivery.

7. Legal Compliance

• This raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Void where prohibited by law.
